While society makes random rules to follow,
The key to enter a social group is: talk shallow,
Popular are things like gadgets, make up and making people fool
Honesty, simplicity and innocence are so not “kool”
If you make sense you are "such a yawn"
Machos, hunks and plastics turn us on
Only when you face hardships you learn
Relationships are what you can really earn,
While you might show off a thousand brands
When times are bad you just need a few helping hands
That there are more important things than gossip in the town,
Facts so shocking all around.
That finding someone who would genuinely care,
In this world of fakeness is so rare,
It is in the moments of pain that you realize,
Life is much more than what we ever visualize,
If only we can rise above all the garbage
Can we know: maturity is not a synonym of boring and old age!
